*Proposal & Marketing Coordinator*

*MAJOR FUNCTION*

The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator works with the marketing and proposal teams and is responsible for all administrative aspects of proposal development support, marketing functions, and promoting Odin'sbrand and image. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and includes proposal and marketing development activities, social media management, business development, corporate events, and other related functions.

*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: *

* Proposals and Presentations:

- Contribute to the preparation and production of responses to request for qualifications/proposals (RFQ/RFPs), statement of qualifications (SOQs), presentations, and other special projects and complex assignments

- Support the proposal management teamproviding essential administrative support during the proposal effortincluding graphic and content development

- Support Marketing Manager with content creation, design, and data gathering

- Create presentation materials and coordinate deliverable

* Marketing Collateral:

- Create and design marketing collateral to support sales/BD efforts

- Assist with designing and ordering marketing swag, including logistics and budgeting

- Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures

--- Lead Tracking:

- Maintain information lead and bid information as it relates to marketing and business development

- Produce Marketing reports

- Execute and update vendor registrations

* Events:

- Coordinate events related to projects, sponsorship, fundraisers, golf tournaments, conferences, trade shows, and meetings

- Attend events as needed

- Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorship

* Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing department

- Build and maintain marketing lists and library

- Create and maintain current project list, staff resumes, and project sheets

- Create and maintain inventory of photography, graphics, and marketing archive files

- Maintain the marketing database to ensure the continuous recording of all relevant project, employee resume, and client information

- Maintain marketing material inventory and ordering

- Perform other tasks and duties as needed

* Media:

- Assist with social media

- Coordinate photography for projects

- Coordinate in-house newsletters and outreach to local publications

- Provide website updates

*SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE: *

--- Marketing degree

--- Proficient with the Adobe suite, including InDesign and Illustrator

--- Proficient in Microsoft Office

--- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

--- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

--- Ability to type 30 words per minute

--- Highly detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to be a team player

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *

--- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with management and other coworkers, both individually and in front of a group

--- Regular use of the telephone and email for communication is essential

--- Sitting for extended periods of time is common

--- Hearing, vision, and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents

--- No heavy lifting is expected, though exertion of up to 25 pounds of force may occasionally be required

--- Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computers, calculator, copiers, and fax machines

--- Good reasoning ability is important, must be able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business

--- Primarily an office position. Occasionally, site visits and field project visits are required. Travel to offices and projects in various locations around the country as needed. The following physical activities are often, but not always, associated with site visits:

- Must be able to stand or walk on a project site for extended durations

- When on project sites or if performing some types of work or activities, must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to: earplugs, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat, steel-toed work boots, and high visibility safety apparel.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT: *

This job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
