We are seeking a full time Property Representative with maintenance experience at our apartment building in Davis, CA. 2 bedroom apartment available RENT FREE! Must live on site due to CA regulations The Property Representative is responsible for: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents Minor building maintenance Cleaning common areas Apartment turnovers Maintaining supplies Completing move out inspections, Showing vacant units to prospective residents Communicating management topics with the residents Qualifications for the Property Representative: A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management. Demonstrated basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
