Apply today! YOUR DAY As an HVAC Installation Team Lead, you'll manage projects from start to finish. You'll work hands-on with ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps while guiding your team through proper techniques and safety practices. You'll prep tools and materials, oversee site management, and communicate directly with homeowners-making sure they feel confident and comfortable with their new systems. YOUR HOURS You'll work within our business hours of 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on seasonality. QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience 2 years of previous leadership or crew lead experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques EPA Certification Familiarity with Service Titan and Google Suite is a plus Ability to lift, install, and maneuver HVAC equipment Positive attitude Communication skills A team-first mindset READY TO APPLY?
