JOB: Sports Coaches & Instructors (Education & Instruction)Swim Instructor Who We Are: Starfish Swimschool is South Placer County's premier swim school. We provide highly customized and individualized instruction to our new swimmers. We specialize in one-on-one instruction and believe in balancing rapid progress with fun. Situated in a comfortable at home setting, our pool is fully enclosed and heated year round. With a world class staff and more than a decade of experience, Starfish has a well-earned reputation for providing the highest quality instruction in the region. At Starfish you'll work with a small, tight knit staff who are dedicated to the well being of our students. Role and Responsibilities: We're seeking applicants who both love children and people as well as being in the water. We offer paid training. Flexible schedules. Retention bonuses for new hires at their 6 month mark, and starting pay is negotiable with prior experience. We are committed to providing the most competitive salary of any swim school in the area in order to attract and retain top talent. This is a part-time position that offers morning, afternoon/evening, and/or weekend shifts.
