Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
dedicated professional to provide specialized behavioral support in
a K-12 educational setting. The role involves working one-on-one
with a student who has severe needs, offering tailored
interventions and support within a general education classroom.
Daily reporting is an essential part of the position to track
progress and inform instructional strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized behavioral support to a student with severe
needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to
integrate behavioral strategies. Maintain detailed daily progress
reports and documentation. Implement behavior intervention plans
with fidelity. Communicate effectively with team members and
stakeholders regarding student progress and needs. Qualifications
and Experience: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) or equivalent training in behavior support. Experience
working with students with severe behavioral needs in educational
settings. Strong skills in behavior analysis and intervention
techniques. Ability to work within a general education classroom
environment. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Commitment to working onsite and engaging directly with students.
Location: Position is based onsite in Winters, CA within a K-12
school. Contract Details: School year (CSY) contract. Immediate
start is required. This specialized role offers the chance to make
a meaningful impact on a students educational experience through
dedicated behavioral supports. Qualified candidates who meet the

this position ranges from $16.00 to $84.00. Eligible candidates may
