Job DescriptionInfinity Energy is currently seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join our Design team in Rocklin, CA. The ideal candidate will be experience working with CAD equipment to provide support to senior CAD designer and sales team, by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams for PV Solar Systems.Responsibilities for CAD Designer include but are not limited to: Uses computer assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD, Sketchup) equipment and software to develop PV Solar designsAssists in creating and revising production drawings (detail and assembly drawings).Utilizes knowledge of various engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawingsDraws finished designs from sketchesSets up and maintains an organized file system for production drawings.Communicates with tooling, QA, engineering, and manufacturing regarding new and revised printsDrawing Single Line Diagrams for Solar System Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the position of CAD Designer: 1-3 years of CAD related solar, battery and/or electrical experienceProcess management experience requiredKnowledge of residential constructionAbility to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredStrong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etcWhy is this the right job for you? $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE) plus bonuses and room to growWeekly PayComprehensive benefits after 90 days of employmentEmployees are like family, so if you want to be part of a company who really cares APPLY NOW for instant consideration.Company DescriptionWe are an established and fast growing company in this new era of sustainable solar green energy jobs.
