Our Director of Operations is an energetic leader who oversees all functions of our thriving real estate office. Must be self-motivated, have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented and the ability to problem-solve. A can-do, positive attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate Listing Preparation - schedule with vendors such as staging, photography, videography, and manage marketing schedule to ensure an effective marketing launch
--- Manage progress of real estate transactions - communicate with cooperating agents, clients and team agents regularly to ensure the highest level of customer service and experience for all parties involved
--- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls & emails to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
--- Coordinate agent trainings, office meetings, and team building events to elevate our agents knowledge and skills
--- Implement and continually improve systems, procedures and policies

Qualifications:
--- Ability to self-direct, problem-solve, and focus on multiple details simultaneously
--- Great interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
--- Has strong computer technical skills- likes to learn and figure out new programs and software (MSOffice and Google Apps, required)
--- Can handle and perhaps thrive under pressure
--- Has a growth mindset and loves to self-improve
--- You should be an organizer, a positive person, a good communicator - both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, have a good sense of humor, be a fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart. You'll work at our fast-paced real estate office in Folsom where we offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business
