Chief Revenue Officer

WHAT YOUR JOB IS ALL ABOUT:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is an executive level position reporting to the CEO and is responsible for all Infinadeck sales and marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to have a leadership role in the company overseeing all aspects of one of the most important disciplines of the business.
In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for the achievement of the sales and marketing goals and for building the sales and marketing structure and team(s) to ensure success. You will have significant input into the formulation of the sales goals and take responsibility to ensure sales goals are executed in alignment with the strategic objectives of the company. These objectives include, but are limited to financial, geographic, market, and operations.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to have a good understanding of the current Virtual and Augmented Reality technological trends and be familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we'd like to meet you.
Above all, you'll need to be flexible and step up to the plate when called upon.

RESONSIBILITIES:
All day-to-day activities to ensure sales goals are achieved
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement - possibly more important than the first item on this list
Hire, develop, and manage the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth
Work with finance to develop and manage the use of budgets
Define optimal sales force structure for Infinadeck including internal sales, external sales, and partners
Hire and develop sales staff
Develop the sales goals for the individual sales team members and create appropriate processes to manage these individual goals on an on-going basis
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
Establish the overall sales management process including appropriate internal meetings with the team as well and other departments, use of internal systems to support this and internal communication processes
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Optimize current systems and infrastructure to support the success of the sales function and continually recommend improvements for success
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the leadership team and as required
Work with marketing to provide market centric feedback by compiling information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Manage key customer relationships to ensure repeatable software maintenance revenue
Participate in closing strategic opportunities
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

YOU WOULD BE A PERFECT FIT IF:
You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Marketing), and have demonstrable experience of business acumen or similar technical consultancy
You have successfully managed a sales team
You have a track record of sales management and sales growth
You understand the AR VR space and other large industries where Infinadeck enterprise offerings are a fit
You have been part of the leadership team for a growing organization
