Resource Manager Role: Human Resource Manager is strategic member
of the executive team whom will make organization wide decisions
while being hands-on enough to perform many of the day to day HR
duties. HR Manager will serve as the primary resource for all
aspects of HR management including regulatory compliance, employee
relations, performance management, compensation administration,
benefit administration, training and development, recruitment, and
other company specific programs, as assigned. Work in partnership
with leadership team to identify the human resources elements of
company's business plan, and develop programs, policies, and
practices needed to achieve company goals. Manage new employee
orientation, onboarding program, and offboarding processes.
Maintain job descriptions, skills and knowledge matrixes, and
organizational charts. Direct the administration of all benefit
programs to include all health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, STD,
LTD, 401(k), FSA, HSA, unemployment compensation and worker's
compensation programs. Oversee an effective talent acquisition
process in partnership with leadership team including branding,
advertising, posting, sourcing, testing, reference/background
check, on-boarding etc.. Manage the human resources elements
involved in structural and staff changes as we expand and grow.
Work with management team to identify, anticipate and address
staff-related outcomes of such change. Champion the total
performance management and employee development programs. Work with
the leadership team in developing a compensation strategy. Direct
and monitor the development and/or delivery of employee training
programs. Review Human Resource programs and policies to ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop Key
Performance Indicators and Scorecard to measure relevant HR
activities and goals. Oversee Health and Safety committee and
Injury and Illness Prevention Plan. Will perform other duties and
special projects as requested, directed, and assigned. Human
Resource Manager Background Profile: Bachelors degree Minimum 5
years of progressive human resource work experience Preferably
multi-location and multi-state enterprise experience Well rounded
hand-on experience with HR tasks and responsibilities Experience
working in a healthcare and/or tech industry would be preferred
Experience working for a privately held company Start up business
experience a plus. Experience with a smaller HR department of 5 or
less people somewhere in their career Strong labor law, performance
management, employee development programs, compensation, and talent
acquisition experience as these will be the top focus of this role
