Education & Loan Support: $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (for LPNs transitioning to RNs) $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness $16,000 RN to BSN Support Position Information: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit Location: Our facility - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128 Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week Sign-On Bonus: Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000 New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000 Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or possess compact licensure, adhering to state nursing board regulations. Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit. Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of employment. Preferred Qualifications Education: BSN is preferred Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are preferred Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment Physical Requirements Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing responsibilities Why Choose Us?
