Job Description:
Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking
an Ambassador Medical Director to enhance and oversee the quality
and effectiveness of our patient care across multiple facilities.
The role requires a strategic leader capable of fostering strong
relationships within the healthcare community, ensuring that our
high standards of care are exceeded through collaborative
leadership and innovative medical practices. This position will
report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and will require
regular travel to various Vituity-managed facilities to ensure
cohesive leadership and compliance with health standards. Develop
and implement strategies to enhance patient care and optimize
clinical outcomes across multiple sites. Provide clinical
leadership and guidance to medical staff to promote best practices
in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care,
anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. Collaborate with hospital
administration and support teams to ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and internal policies. Lead the integration
of innovative healthcare technologies and methodologies into
practice. Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics and
implement improvement plans. Represent Vituity in professional
gatherings and medical conferences to promote the organization's
medical vision and capabilities. Direct involvement in the
recruitment and training of clinical staff and fostering a culture
of continuous learning and professional development. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of hospital-based
healthcare systems and regulations Ability to effectively manage
teams across dispersed locations Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in healthcare IT systems
Expertise in clinical operation management Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certified in a
primary specialty related to hospital care such as Internal
Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine. Valid medical
licensure.
