Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a Medical Director who will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of care across our diverse specialties including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend clinical expertise with strategic planning to enhance patient outcomes. Develop and implement clinical standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Lead and mentor medical staff to promote professional development and high standards of care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Collaborate with other departments to integrate and coordinate services across specialties. Review and analyze clinical performance data to drive continuous improvement. Represent the organization in external forums and participate in community and professional activities to promote Vituity's mission. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and develop healthcare staff In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable plans Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board-certified in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties Current state medical license Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CPE, FACPE) preferred
