This role includes managerial duties such as staff training and financial accountability, while also fostering ongoing quality improvements to ensure outstanding clinical results. Position Overview This role involves organizing and managing nursing services within the designated specialty area by aiding in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of operations and patient care. The RN Supervisor will also take on staff responsibilities as necessary and will carry out managerial tasks as assigned by the OR Manager. Fiscal responsibility is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for orienting new colleagues and permanent team members in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator and the OR Nurse Clinician. Required Education: Graduation from an accredited RN program. Preferred Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
