Room Overview: The RN Supervisor for the Main Operating Room is
responsible for overseeing nursing services by planning,
coordinating, and assessing patient care and operational activities
within the OR. This role includes managerial duties such as staff
training and financial accountability, while also fostering ongoing
quality improvements to ensure outstanding clinical results.
Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in OR
nursing, relevant certifications, and a dedication to providing

Position Overview This role involves organizing and managing
nursing services within the designated specialty area by aiding in
the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of operations
and patient care. The RN Supervisor will also take on staff
responsibilities as necessary and will carry out managerial tasks
as assigned by the OR Manager. Fiscal responsibility is a key
aspect of this position. Additionally, the supervisor will be
responsible for orienting new colleagues and permanent team members
in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator and the OR Nurse
Clinician. The role supports continuous quality enhancement to meet

This position involves organizing and managing nursing services in

coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and
patient care. The RN Supervisor will also function in a staff

delegated by the OR Manager. Demonstrating fiscal responsibility is

orientation of new staff and permanent team members in partnership
with the Resource Coordinator and the OR Nurse Clinician. This role

interactions. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of
RN experience in the OR is required. Required Education: Graduation
from an accredited RN program. Preferred Education: A Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is
