Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Location: Reno, NV Type: Full Time or Part Time Primary Responsibilities: Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations. Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges. Supervise and lead PTAs Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management. Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan. Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities. Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits. Requirements: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Nevada Physical Therapy license. 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting is preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
