Website: https://www.nnmc.com This Emergency Department Tech II opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a flexible dayshift schedule. We are looking for someone that will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN or physician. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of a RN. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Completes Bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift for patients who remain in the ED that the CCT has performed direct patient care utilizing IMAP & SBAR. Ensures patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. - Provides supportive care to the Emergency Department patients under the direct supervision of the registered nurse or physician.
