position in New Jersey - Contract Duration: 14 weeks - Start Date:
March 31, 2026 - Shift: 12-hour nights (Night shift / 12-hour night
shift) - Shifts per Week: 3 - Hours per Week: 36 - Hourly Pay Rate:
$93/hour - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,250–$2,370 -
Orientation: March 31, 7am–5pm - PennChart Training: April 7,
virtual, 8am–2:30pm (PennChart / EHR) - Weekend Requirement: Every
3rd weekend - Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Qualifications / Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of recent Labor
& Delivery RN experience (L&D nurse, maternity nursing) -
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required - Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (NJ) - BLS certification (AHA)
required - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
required - Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) and
maternal-fetal monitoring preferred - Familiarity with PennChart or
other EHR systems preferred Responsibilities - Provide
compassionate, evidence-based care to patients during labor,
delivery, and the immediate postpartum period - Perform continuous
and intermittent maternal and fetal monitoring, interpret fetal
heart tracings (EFM), and escalate concerns as appropriate -
Administer medications, IV therapy, and assist with pain management
and epidural care - Support and assist with deliveries, including
preparation for operative or high-risk deliveries when needed -
Provide newborn care and initial assessments; participate in
neonatal resuscitation when indicated - Collaborate with
obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatric teams, and
multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes -
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum
recovery, and newborn care - Maintain accurate, timely
documentation in PennChart (EHR) and participate in orientation and
