Position: Physical Therapist for Home Health. Schedule: Monday to
Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch. No on-call
requirements. Territory: Covers a 50-mile radius from the hub
office. Average number of patients per day: 5-7 patients.
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week. Types of cases: Focus
on geriatric home health. First-time applicants will not be
accepted. Weekend requirement: None. Mileage will be reimbursed at
the IRS standard rate between patient homes. Local candidates are
accepted at the travel rate. Drive time to and from home is not
included in reimbursement. Requirements Required for Onboarding
