Job Description:
Job Description This role will convert leads to patients that
complete their plan of care and have a remarkable and memorable
experience. In addition provide a high level of service and
exceptional communication to exceed therapist expectations while
contributing to the financial success of the company by collecting
appropriate co-insurance and co-payments. What you will do: Manage
the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and
existing patients. Play a key role in messaging the value and
converting patient leads to booked patients. Record management ---
Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the
patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance
information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival
instructions, intake form, etc.) Once the information is obtained
it must be properly filed on the patient---s record. Perform a
variety of administrative duties including but not limited to:
answering phones, processing incoming faxes, responding to patient
and therapist messaging. Create a culture of exceptional customer
service by continually exceeding our patients and therapists
expectations. Properly maintaining and cultivating positive
relationships with patients, therapists and fellow staff. Receive,
screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
Uses discretion and independent judgement to follow through on
assignments Collect and process patient payments. Responsible for
following all money handling procedures. Place outbound calls and
emails to patient leads. Works with an EMR (Electronic Medical
Record). You will be a good fit if you have: --- High School
Diploma or equivalent --- Highly detail oriented --- Ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced work environment --- Track record of
exceptional customer service --- Proficient with Google Suite ---
Front Desk experience in a health care setting preferred. ---
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal
communication skills --- Ability to quickly adapt to new work
environments and personnel
