Job Description Job Description The Spa Concierge is responsible
for greeting guests, providing personalized assistance, explaining
and booking spa facilities and services. Duties: Greet and process
guests checking in and out. Schedule appointments for all spa
treatments and assists guests in selecting spa services and retail
items. Answer phone calls in a friendly and timely manner. Maintain
awareness and knowledge of new products, services, packages,
treatments, and procedures. Ensure that supplies are available and
that the facilities are kept clean, always stocked and in safe
condition. Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience in spa operations and procedures as well as cash
handling preferred. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Must
be able to verbally communicate with guests and co-workers.
