Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and drive excellence
across our North Lake Tahoe portfolio. You’ll lead teams in
housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control, ensuring
consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role requires a
hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, manages
multiple priorities, and fosters collaboration across departments.
You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new properties, mentoring
staff, maintaining compliance with brand standards, and
contributing to regional business growth. Responsibilities
Operational Leadership Oversee all day-to-day operations, including
housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection workflows within Guesty
and other platforms. Ensure completion of housekeeping work orders
and adherence to brand standards. Develop, implement, and monitor
processes that improve efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Team Management & Training Recruit, train, coach, and lead a
high-performing team to achieve service, quality, and operational
goals. Conduct ongoing performance reviews and promote
accountability through clear communication and feedback. Financial
& Administrative Oversight Participate in annual budget planning
and manage local financial reporting throughout the year. Monitor
supply inventory, procurement, and budget compliance across the
region. Complete administrative duties including scheduling,
payroll/labor reporting, and guest review management. Owner &
Community Relations Foster strong relationships with property
owners through proactive communication and operational
transparency. Partner with local real estate professionals,
community networks, and marketing initiatives to attract new
owners. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to company safety
standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain audit readiness and
uphold all internal policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities
Represent Grand Welcome at local industry events and community
meetings. Perform site visits and property inspections to maintain
brand consistency. Support cross-functional projects and other
duties as assigned. Requirements: Three (3) to five (5) years job
experience in hospitality. Two (2) years of experience in a
management/leadership position preferably in hotel, restaurant, or
retail management. Strong organizational and time management
skills. Excellent customer service, communication and Interpersonal
skills. Supervisory skills combined with the ability to manage a
team and hold team accountable. Ability to train, coach and develop
team. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, paired with
problem resolution skills. Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration preferred. Working Conditions The position will
require travel, which may include some overnight travel, if needed,
for training purposes or industry conferences. The General Manager
will be expected to familiarize themselves with the various
properties and be available to meet with owners at their properties
or at the office. Because Grand Welcome has property locations in
diverse regions the physical environment may require the employee
to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and
dry/arid conditions. Position may come into contact with pets.
Employee is required to use personal protective equipment to
prevent exposure to hazardous chemicals/materials. Regularly
scheduled hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. ?The employee is frequently required to
stand and walk.?The employee is occasionally required to sit,
climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus. The employee must frequently lift or move
