experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and execute
technology-related projects with efficiency and precision. The
ideal candidate will take ownership of project lifecycles while
fostering improved processes and frameworks within a dynamic
environment. This position requires a proactive approach to
managing timelines, risks, and collaboration among teams.
Responsibilities: • Lead IT projects of varying sizes from initial
planning through successful delivery. • Develop and implement
project management templates, processes, and documentation to
enhance consistency. • Monitor project schedules, milestones,
risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely progress. • Coordinate
with technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and
maintain momentum. • Provide detailed status updates and escalate
issues or risks when necessary. • Promote accountability and
transparency across active projects by improving visibility. •
Collaborate on refining project management practices to support
organizational growth. • Facilitate communication between
cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and drive success. •
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with
strategic objectives.• 3–6 years of experience managing IT or
technology-focused projects with attention to detail. • Proficiency
in project management methodologies and tools. • Strong
organizational and interpersonal communication skills. • Capability
to thrive in environments with evolving structures or limited
frameworks. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and
principles. • Certification in Project Management (PMP or
equivalent) is preferred but not required. • Experience managing
multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to enhance
or establish project management processes.
