seeking a motivated Agile Specialist to join the Patriot Software
Team within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Software
Department. As the Agile Specialist, you’ll guide and empower teams
to reach high levels of performance and quality by providing
hands-on support, training, coaching, and mentorship. We are
looking for an individual with experience in Jira who can derive
actionable insights to enable teams to work more efficiently,
deliver faster, and stay centered on what drives the most value.
What You Will Do Facilitate team workshops to help new teams
understand Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, individual and
team roles and responsibilities Help teams set up their team
boards, workflow automation, and automated reporting. Assist team
in designing and maintaining Jira dashboards and reports Provide
Jira & Confluence administration, support and training Develop
reusable training assets, mentor new coaches, and support needs as
required. Refine agile practices to enhance team predictability and
deliver team value faster. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically
requires a bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years relevant experience The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance. Experience in Agile delivery,
ideally in a software environment Experience coaching teams and
individuals on Agile principles and practices. Qualifications We
Prefer: Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
preferred. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira,
Confluence, Rally, or similar. Experience working with large,
complex systems where scalability, integration, and cross-team

role. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA
Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the
Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security

role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
