Currently hiring for an experienced CSR supporting a credit union!Ready to support one of the premier credit unions who partner with the world's largest tech companies? Pay: $17/HRContract Duration: 3 Month Contract, high potential to go permanentLocation: Rocklin, CA (on-site position) *we are dedicated to the health and safety of our employees, CDC guidelines will be followed at all times*Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6AM-6:30PMJob Duties:

• Assist members in IVR (interactive voice response) registration
• Handle incoming transferred calls from the credit union's contact center
• IVR is a security option for members to enroll in which helps members feel secure and safe when banking
• Accept payments on various loans (consumer loans such as vehicle and credit loans)Job Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service/phone communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook suite
  • Aptitude for learning multiple computer systems
