to choose from. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Contact
Center Representative for our corporate office. The ideal candidate

Description & Functions: Core Function: Our Contact Center
representatives are the initial contact source for the organization
and perform a variety of functions including: Primary contact for
customers requesting estimates and follow-up on unsold estimates.
Contacts existing and potential Kniesel---s customers regarding
insurance company assignments and estimates. Contacts insurance
carriers to determine coverage and liability. Facilitates phone
outreach to customer requests for appointments. Follows up with
customers regarding online repair estimates. Follows up on any web
chat ticket, effectively answering questions and delivering
exceptional customer service. Customer Service: Committed to the
highest level of professionalism and customer service with the
ability to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Our representatives must have ability to effectively resolve
customer issues or concerns while conveying friendliness and
empathy. Must be able to listen and identify customer service and
sales opportunities to service our customers' needs in a prompt and
professional manner. Detail Oriented: Must be detail oriented and
possess the ability to multi-task; must possess excellent
organization abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills including the ability to effectively
communicate across multiple communication channels including phone,
email, text and chat. Scheduling Estimates and Repair Appointments
: Responsible for scheduling estimate and vehicle repair
appointments and coordinating insurance carrier assignments. Tow-In
Process: Responsible for facilitating tow-ins of non-drivable
vehicles. Computer Skills: Ability to learn specialized computer
software for collision center (CCC1) and proficiency in Excel and
Word software. Administrative: Performs other
administrative/clerical related duties as assigned. Contact Center
Representative Qualifications/Skills: High school diploma or GED
Customer Service or sales experience a plus Excellent verbal
communication skills Excellent telephone etiquette Friendly and
pleasant demeanor Ability to multi-task Active listening skills
