Pay: starting at $20.80/HR depending on experience (eligible for
quarterly bonus incentives after training)
Location: Rocklin, CA (on-site position)
Hours of Operation: Must be open to schedules between Monday-Friday
Start Date: January 30th, interviewing ASAP!
+ Handle incoming calls from members with inquiries regarding their
+ Maintain knowledge of the credit union's products and
+ Assist members in identifying accurate needs for particular
products and services
+ Upsell or cross-sell on various products including vehicle loans
and new credit cards
+ 1-2 years of energetic customer service experience within
+ Upselling and cross-selling experience needed
+ Aptitude for learning multiple computer systems
+ Go-getter mentality
+ Willing to submit to credit check per Credit Union's
