Job Description:
Description: The ideal candidate will be a California-licensed
architect who can perform on every phase of the Architectural
Design Process. Must have recent experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
Must be "service-oriented" to the project, the client, and
colleagues. Candidates should have an in-depth knowledge of all
phases of a project and demonstrate effective project leadership to
production staff. Skills: Architecture, Design, Revit, Building

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Review and redline
drawings/plans produced by production staff for completeness and
accuracy Review project design and coordinate Architectural plans
with Structural engineering and other engineering design
disciplines and design partners Review plans for compliance with
accessibility requirements and current California Building Codes
Sign/Stamp Architectural Plans being submitted to local agencies
and jurisdictions Coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Control
processes and implements QA/QC recommendations. Develop solutions
for complex projects Conduct site evaluations and be familiar with
field measurement practices Mentor and train project staff
throughout the completion of plans Manage and oversee multiple
projects simultaneously Responsible for construction administration
and resolution of issues during the construction of a project
Travel to project site visits, construction sites, and prospect
